The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager. This is a full-time, regular position. Salary range is $5,333 to $6,000 monthly, depending on experience. Experience in workforce development and the Texas Workforce system is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.

The selected candidate will be employed by Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas but will perform services for Workforce Solutions Permian Basin under a loaned employee agreement. The position is eligible for telework; however, the individual must reside in the State of Texas with preference for individuals who reside in West Central Texas or Permian Basin workforce development regions. The selected individual must be able to travel to board offices and/or workforce centers located within both regions periodically;
however, most work may be performed off-site.
