Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

• Paid time off:
  Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. • Develop and maintain change management processes, templates, and controls aligned with ITIL/ISO practices.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure timely, accurate communication of approved changes.
• Coordinate risk assessments, approvals, and post‑change reviews; track corrective actions.
• Maintain change documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Train teams on change processes and reinforce best practices across operations and engineering.
