Role Overview
As an Oracle Data Center Technician
, you’ll be a key technical liaison between our technology teams and the data center environment. You will troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, escalating complex cases as needed. Your experience maintaining and following detailed documentation, operating with discipline, and responding to mission‑critical scenarios aligns with this role. Environment
This is a hands‑on position involving a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure optimal data center operations. Like military environments, our data centers require operational excellence round the clock and rely on strong teamwork and communication.
