Role:
Night Auditor – provide a clean, friendly, well‑organized and safe hotel experience.

• Greet guests and ensure satisfaction scores.
• Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality.
• Maintain spotless cleanliness of front and back of house.
• Complete overnight audit reports and overnight checklist.
• Follow overnight security protocols and lock exterior entrances.
• Receive and note incoming mail as required.
• Assist with public spaces and guest rooms as needed.

• Experience in hospitality, service or related field preferred.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow guidelines, work in high‑pressure situations.
• Effective listening, conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Desire to serve all guests.
• Age 18 or older.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Adhere to clock‑in/clock‑out and break procedures.
• Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shift.

• Stand or remain stationary for long periods.
• Operate computer and office machinery, data entry.
• Bend, stoop, lift or transport supplies up to 25 pounds.
• Inspect and observe details at close range.
