- $20 Sign on bonus
- $330,000 base salary
- 6 weeks PTO
- $5000 Relocation allowance
Training and Certification for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Texas License Or Pending Application Preferred, Not Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
