Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with experience in both adult echo and vascular procedures and preferred dual registry.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital-based echo department
- Day shift schedule of 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities
- Responsibilities include both echocardiography and vascular studies for adult patients
- Submission of certifications required for consideration
- Locals living within 50 miles are not accepted
- Must attach profession-related certifications to application
- Verification of license, if applicable, must be provided
- Experience in both echocardiography and vascular procedures is required
- Registration in both echo (ARDMS with RDCS or RCS) and vascular (RVT or RCS) is strongly preferred, but consideration given to those with echo registry and vascular experience
- Accepts ARDMS or CCI credentials
- Pediatric experience is a bonus
- License required if applicable
- Two references from supervisors within the last three years of employment are required
