DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, so a positive and professional attitude is a must. #ASMO
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect co‑payments and process payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures a plus
