Position Description

The Department of Pharmacy Practice at the TTUHSC Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy is seeking a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty member within the Adult Medicine Division to join our Abilene campus. Academic rank will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Major/Essential Functions

The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of teaching activities including didactic, laboratory, case/simulation-based, and experiential instruction within our innovative Pharm.

D. curriculum. Clinical practice responsibilities (approximately 50% time) will focus on adult acute care, including both patient care and experiential teaching.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

    D.) degree.
  • Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency.
  • Eligibility for Texas pharmacist licensure.
