InHome Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team.
You’ll provide one-on-one care to geriatric patients in their homes in and around Abilene TX, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. • Deliver in-home physical therapy services
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs for adult and geriatric patients
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation

• Flexible scheduling (you own your time)

• Active PT license + BLS CPR
