SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate accounting history on all notes. Also, "hands on" accountability for all notes held in a secured area. There is frequent contact with customers, lending staff, other Holding Company Banks, loan assistants, and other banks by phone.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Accept and process note payments, new notes, and renewed notes including data input to the system for multiple banks.

Accurately and efficiently input new loans within the bank's core loan system.

Communicate effectively with customers in person and on the phone.

Assist lending staff and backroom departments with loan-related questions.

Become familiar with our loan systems to recognize and resolve problems.

Actively participate in our Customer Service First sales and service culture, support organizational values, and follow established policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent, with communication and mathematical skills.

12 to 18 months of banking or similar administrative experience required.

Loan operations experience preferred.

Typing speed of 45 WPM and 10-key by touch.

Performance qualities include attention to detail, reliability, initiative, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and speed.
