Step into a high-impact Relationship Manager - Commercial Lending role with a well-established, community-focused financial institution known for long-term stability, disciplined growth, and leadership development. Hours & Pay:- Salary: $70,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40-hour workweek; occasional community or client travel)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
- Start Date: January 26
This role offers more than a competitive base salary—it provides uncapped earning potential and long-term career growth. In addition to base compensation, you'll be eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 40% of your salary and quarterly commissions tied to loan origination and secondary market fee income. WhatYou'll Do
- Originate new commercial loan and deposit relationships within the local market
- Execute disciplined prospecting and calling strategies to drive portfolio growth
- Develop fee-based income and secondary market revenue opportunities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure relationship health and profitability
- Prepare high-quality credit presentations in compliance with lending policies
- Ensure all documentation, underwriting, and regulatory requirements are met
- Represent the bank professionally at community and business events
- Collaborate closely with branch leadership, credit, operations, and treasury teams
- Contribute directly to branch growth and long-term market expansion
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lending or financial sales (commercial, consumer, or SBA)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred, or equivalent credit/underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance, and collateral structures
- Proven success in business development and relationship-driven sales
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, financial systems, and Microsoft Office
- Professional judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with leadership aspirations
- Authorization to work in the United States
