Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Safety Manager role located in Abilene, TX. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and managing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Key tasks include conducting safety inspections, developing and updating safety procedures, providing training programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, investigating incidents, and working closely with teams to mitigate risks and enforce safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and safety auditing
  • Experience conducting workplace safety training and ensuring procedural compliance
  • Skills in critical thinking, problem‑solving, and incident investigation
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities for effectively managing teams
  • Familiarity with safety documentation, risk assessments, and safety management systems
  • Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHST, or OSHA 30‑hour training are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, fast‑paced environment
