Frontline Source Group is partnering with a fast-paced, patient-first dental practice in Abilene, Texas to find a General Dentist who wants full clinical autonomy, built-in mentorship from multiple doctors, and a defined path to practice ownership.

This isn't an associate position with a dead end. The practice actively encourages and supports associates toward ownership — and they back it up with one of the most aggressive compensation and bonus packages in the region. New graduates are not just accepted — they're welcomed and mentored from day one.

• Full Clinical Autonomy:
  Practice dentistry the way you were trained. No corporate protocols dictating your treatment plans.
• Built-In Mentorship:
  Learn from multiple experienced doctors who are invested in your success and growth.
• Defined Path to Ownership:
  The practice actively encourages and supports associates toward practice ownership. If your long-term goal is to own, this is where you start building.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are genuinely welcome

• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a dental practice setting
• Leadership potential

• Annual Earning Potential: $250,000–$300,000 (production-based)
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $40,000
• Relocation Assistance:
  Up to $10,000
• Rent Stipend:
  Up to $1,000 per month
• Continuing
  
  Education:
  
  $2,000 annually
• Total Bonus Package:
  Up to $50,000 in combined sign-on and relocation bonuses
