  • Checking in and out guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
  • Answering guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing reservations and assisting with guest needs during their stay.
  • Keeping the front desk area neat and organized.
Qualifications
  • Is reliable, friendly, and has a positive attitude.
  • Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Is able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Has customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
