- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget constraints for large‑scale datacenter projects.
- Submit, monitor, and resolve submittals and RFIs, and manage the buy‑out process.
- Submit PCOs to the project manager for review and approval.
- Download updated drawings from the general contractor’s various programs.
- Provide FBO inventory for required projects as requested, including site visits.
- Prepare special reports per PM request.
- Respond to day‑to‑day emails in a timely manner.
- Use construction programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field, or Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner.
- Interpersonal skills – maintains confidentiality, remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
- Oral communication – speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings.
- Written communication – edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written information.
- Quality control – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
