We are currently looking for an Electrical Safety Trainer Bilingual to join our team!

• Deliver engaging electrical safety training sessions in English and Spanish for employees, contractors, and clients
• Conduct classroom instruction, on-site, and virtual training as needed
• Customize training materials for different learning styles and cultural contexts
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and local safety codes
• Perform safety audits and site evaluations; recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert on electrical safety and communicate updates in regulations or company policies
• Collaborate with safety and operations teams to support a comprehensive safety program

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• 3+ years of experience in electrical work, safety training, or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E and OSHA regulations
• Experience delivering training in classroom, field, and/or virtual environments
• OSHA 500 required; NFPA 70E certification preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel to various job sites and training locations as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a related degree preferred
