Data Center Project Coordinator
Hourly Rate: $25-35/hr (firm, dependent on experience)

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Data Center Project Coordinator to support project administration, documentation, and communication across active data center initiatives. You’ll manage purchase orders, sales orders, databases, billing processes, and document control—ensuring projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with internal and client expectations. This role keeps teams informed, resolves discrepancies, and provides the administrative backbone for successful project delivery.
What You’ll Do- Assist managers with drafting proposals, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and preliminary schedules.
- Track client purchase orders, monitor expirations, and report outstanding items.
- Maintain complete, accurate vendor files and project documentation.
- Implement and maintain billing procedures for each client account.
- Research and resolve Accounts Receivable (A/R) discrepancies.
- Communicate outstanding POs and updates to managers as needed.
- Track contemplated change notices and change orders in the project database.
- Keep managers and teams updated on project progress and issues.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and organizational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or 1–2 years of technical or project support experience (or equivalent).
- Strong skills in database management, record keeping, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and resolve issues effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Interest in telecommunications preferred.
- Primarily sedentary work; prolonged sitting.
- Occasional exertion up to 10 lbs.
- Indoor office environment.
- Minimal travel (less than 5%) as needed.
