In this role, you will play a key part in digitizing and archiving critical documents, ensuring smooth operations while supporting company growth. Pay: 14 per hour
1st Shift
Hours:
8 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday, with opportunities for overtime
- Review and Verify Documents – Identify errors before processing to ensure accuracy.
- Data Entry and Logging – Accurately log documents into the system for proper tracking.
- Document Flow Management – Maintain clear records of document movement within the system.
- Submittal Package Coordination – Prepare and distribute packages to shops, vendors, and customers.
- Processing and Organization – Handle incoming submittals from vendors and customers efficiently.
- Document Retrieval and Support – Look up documents within the system to provide quick and accurate information.
- Interdepartmental Coordination – Maintain and distribute internal records and lists.
- Filing and Record-Keeping – Organize and maintain both digital and physical document copies.

Qualifications:- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in administrative and data entry roles. - Technical
Skills:
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in 10-key by touch. - Software Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (especially Excel). - Attention to Detail:
Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy. - Time Management:
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure. - File Organization:
Capable of managing, retrieving, and distributing electronic files on a shared drive. - Work Flexibility:
Willingness to work overtime when needed. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods, work extensively with a keyboard and monitor, and lift 25 pounds.
