What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist Project Managers in planning work schedules, determining manpower levels, and arranging project employee assignments
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure progress on schedule and within budget
  • Time reporting for field employees
  • Monthly progress billing to General Contractors
  • Assist with acquisition of materials and equipment
  • Compose correspondence and reports as needed
  • Advise and assist Project Managers with potential problems, work interferences, and scheduling difficulties
  • Check deadlines on incoming requests and prioritize appropriately
  • Process day-to-day administrative items (expense reports, supply requisitions, POS, HR transaction forms, budgets, etc.)
  • Prepare special reports per supervisor request
  • Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s Degree or minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency
  • Interpersonal skills: confidentiality, openness to ideas, willingness to try new things
  • Oral communication: clear, persuasive speaking, group presentation, meeting facilitation
  • Written communication: editing for spelling and grammar, presenting numerical data, reading and interpreting written information
  • Quality control: accuracy, thoroughness, monitoring own work
  • Adaptability: manage changes, competing demands, frequent changes or delays
  • Dependability: consistently on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, seeks feedback to improve performance
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
