Accounting Specialist

• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Provide support during month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Generate billing reports and account statements for management
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, operations) to streamline accounting processes
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Data entry accuracy
• Clear communication

• Highest level of integrity

• High school diploma is required
• 2‑3 years of accounting experience preferred
