. As a Store Manager, you shape guest experience, coach the team, and exceed sales targets.
- Drive personal sales by following the EGET sales process.
- Lead the team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
- Take direction from the District Manager on day‑to‑day operations.
- Set and share daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the sales team.
- Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Identify skill gaps, build development plans, and help the team exceed sales metrics.
- Run store operations: staffing, financial & sales data, cash, and compliance.
- Monitor inventory, restock shelves, maintain device security, and keep the store clean.
- Lead merchandising and planogram compliance.
- Complete store opening and closing activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
- Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
- Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
- Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team.
- Basic interview skills and advanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Employees must complete the 2‑week New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of official start date. Ongoing online and computer‑based training courses will be required throughout employment.
CompensationBase rate of $16.50 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
