Holm Automotive Center is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician / Collision Repair Technician to join our high-performing Body Shop team in Abilene or Salina. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, structural precision, and delivering vehicles back to customers in better-than-before condition, this is an excellent opportunity with strong earning potential and consistent workflow.
Compensation- $60,000 - $100,000+ annually (Flat Rate / Performance Based)
- High production potential
- Steady DRP and insurance work
- Full-time, year-round stability
- Perform collision repair and structural repairs
- Complete frame straightening and unibody repairs
- Repair and replace damaged body panels
- Perform welding (MIG/TIG), aluminum repair, and structural replacement
- Body filler work, sanding, and paint preparation
- Mechanical R&I (remove and install components)
- Work from repair orders and insurance estimates
- Ensure all repairs meet OEM standards
- Maintain production efficiency and cycle time targets
- Follow I-CAR and ASE repair and compliance standards
- 2+ years experience as an Auto Body Technician, Collision Repair Technician, or Body Shop Technician
- Experience with frame machines and measuring systems
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
- Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs
- Aluminum Repair Experience Preferred
- I-CAR and/or ASE certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
