Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Manufacturing Team, including logistics and stores.
• Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing industry techniques and innovations.
• Proactively engage new product introductions.
• Lead by example in instilling a continuous improvement culture into the department.
• Build and oversee supplier relationships and stock management.
• Complete responsibility for departmental health and safety requirements.
• Facilitate audits and tours of the facility, both internal and external.
• Oversee onboarding training of new employees.

Requirements

• Experienced operational leader within a manufacturing environment, overseeing production, stores and logistics.
• Strong background in people management.
• A good understanding of continuous improvement.
• A sound understanding of health and safety principles.
