We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Driver to join our Aberdeen team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring our products reach customers safely, accurately and on time.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider performance of the business through high standards of service, safety and operational excellence.

Purpose of the Job

The primary responsibilities of this role are to deliver customer orders effectively, efficiently and on time, while interacting with both external and internal customers in a positive and professional manner.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

* Core skills in numeracy, literacy and communication

* Full Driving Licence

* Experience in commercial multi-drop driving

* Ability to interact with customers positively and professionally

* Strong communication skills

* Flexible, adaptable and able to work on own initiative

* Ability to work to standards and procedures

* Commitment to safe and lawful driving practices

Desirable Experience , Qualifications and Competencies

* Forklift Certificate of Operation

* HGV Licence

* Forklift experience

* Knowledge of local and surrounding areas

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Deliver customer orders effectively, efficiently and on time

* Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner

* Load delivery vans safely, ensuring all items are secure

* Ensure customer orders meet specification and delivery requirements

* Prioritise delivery routes to meet customer expectations

* Complete delivery documentation accurately, including EPOD entries

* Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas

* Follow all QMS and HSE procedures

* Report customer queries or issues immediately to the Stores Supervisor

* Uplift hoses for repair, ensuring FHA documentation is present

* Participate in weekly safety inspections

* Commit to continuous improvement and personal development
