Range Poultry Area Manager

Duncan Farms is seeking a Free Range Poultry Area Manager to support the effective operation of our free range laying units across Aberdeenshire.

This is a hands-on, multi-site role, working closely with farm teams to ensure high standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, health and safety, compliance and operational performance. The position involves overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing site teams, and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

The successful candidate will have strong poultry knowledge, ideally within free range systems, combined with practical leadership skills and the flexibility required in a fast-moving agricultural environment. A confident communicator, you will be organised, solutions-focused and commercially aware.

The role is based across multiple sites, with an office base at Muirden Farm, Turriff, and offers a competitive employment package and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing free range operation.
