As Assistant Pub Manager, you’ll support the Pub Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You’ll take ownership in their absence—confidently guiding the team, maintaining high standards, and championing our culture of excellence.

Our ideal Assistant Pub Manager brings:

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality environment, working with LQA/Forbes is an advantage
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills and natural leadership ability
• A good working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
• A commitment to delivering the high standards expected in a luxury setting
