Role and Location

At our service in Banchory, we’re looking for people to join the team who are interested in trying new things and supporting people to achieve their own personal goals. The role involves supporting ladies to play games, explore their communities, go out to discos or enjoy a foot spa. A mobility vehicle is available and applicants with a UK driving license would be a bonus.

The ladies we support share a large home with their own garden.

Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and provide support with: medication administration and epilepsy support; cooking and home maintenance; social support and support to achieve personal goals; managing the finances of the people we support.

Responsibilities
  • Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
  • Support people to live the best lives possible, including activities and community engagement.
  • Work flexibly across a 7-day week, including some sleepover shifts where required.
  • Maintain respectful, reliable and calm support, building strong relationships with the people you support.
  • Follow care plans and contribute to personal goal achievement.
  • Receive training, support and PPE provided by the employer.
Shift Patterns

Our shift patterns can vary; examples include: 10:00–22:30 (including a sleepover), 08:00–14:00, 14:00–20:00. We are currently recruiting for relief staff.
