Support Worker at Community Integrated Care

Job SummaryWe are recruiting for a 25‑30 hour role supporting two women and one gentleman living in a shared bungalow. The people we support range from 54‑76 years old with visual/hearing impairments, wheelchair mobility, learning disabilities, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. They enjoy music, socialising, walking, visiting cafes, driving out, swimming and crafts. Shift patterns 8:30‑5:30 and 11:30‑12:00 the next day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal support to individuals with a range of physical and cognitive needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, dressing, bathing and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the care team.
- Patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination and resilience.
- Problem‑solving ability and willingness to adapt to individual needs.
- Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential.
- £13.01 per hour
- 28 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (full‑time; part‑time pro‑rata).
