Tendering Admin
An initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, based in Ellon supporting the company's electrical customer service team.
Key Responsibilities- Taking technical reports and supplier prices and generating customer quotation for approvals.
- Updating our CRM with status of quote.
- Tracking the status of quotes in the system.
- Working with customer support team & operations team to pro-actively push for information to allow quotes to be completed.
- Experience using D365 and MS Office (particularly Word & Excel).
- IT Savvy.
- Some experience working with quotes (desirable).
- Proactive and a quick learner.
