Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Aberdeen, WA. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including triage, assessment, treatment, and ongoing evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond rapidly to emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or compact state eligibility.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (travel nursing experience preferred).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (TNCC preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
