Note: Placement within the wage range is based on experience, qualifications, and ability to perform essential functions. LPN experience is considered in wage placement.
Responsibilities:Supervise and deliver care to residents, assess needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other staff.
Qualifications:- Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
- Demonstrated RN clinical assessment skills.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations related to long-term care.
- Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement care programs.
- Basic computer skills, including email.
- English language proficiency.
- Decision-making and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude toward elderly care.
- At least one year of long-term care experience preferred.
- Must pass background, reference checks, and vaccine requirements or exemptions.
