Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation in Aberdeen is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour. This is a full-time role; eligibility details for other employment statuses are described below.

Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.

• Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans for patients
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
• Current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
