Physical Therapist

Overview

Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation in Aberdeen is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing quality Physical Therapy services to residents, including treatment, education, appropriate documentation, and patient/family communication for the purpose of assisting patients achieve optimal functional level and quality of life in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health.

Pay range: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour. Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and ability to perform essential functions. Full-time are eligible for benefits;
Part-time are eligible for all benefits except Medical. On Call are not eligible for any above except 401k.

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions
• Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience working with the elderly and physical abilities
