Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation in Aberdeen is now hiringa Physical Therapist to come and join our team!$50.00 - $60.00 /hr
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing quality Physical Therapy services to our residents. This includes treatment, provision of education, appropriate documentation, and patient/family communication for the purpose of assisting the patients achieve optimal functional level and quality of life in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health

** Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.**
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions
- Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience working with the elderly and physical abilities
