Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a hospital setting. As a PTA, you will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents regain mobility and achieve their highest functional potential.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Physical Therapist in executing individualized therapy plans for residents.
- Conduct therapy sessions aimed at improving strength, balance, and mobility.
- Monitor residents’ progress and provide feedback to the Physical Therapist.
- Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current PTA licensure.
- 1 year of experience.
- Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Covid‑19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.
36+ hour guarantee
Start Date:
ASAP
Contract duration: 13+ weeks with potential extension
