PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full‑line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We deliver a high‑quality supply chain service to pharmacies, GPs and hospitals. All our depots are licensed by the MHRA and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards.

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who will act as a link between supervisors and warehouse staff, providing hands‑on leadership and supervision to ensure maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating, prioritising and delegating warehouse activities to meet depot service level requirements at all times.
• Managing productivity within the warehouse team to achieve contractual and internal KPIs.
• Controlling all aspects of staff operations to ensure duties are carried out as required and encouraging high standards of work from each employee.
