• Salary: £26,208.69 per annum (£12.98 per hour)
• Working Pattern:
Monday‑Friday 06:00‑14:00 with 1 in 3 Sundays 08:00‑12:00

About the opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who will act as a link between supervisors and warehouse staff, providing hands‑on leadership and supervision to ensure maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating, prioritising and delegating warehouse activities to meet depot service level requirements at all times.
  • Managing productivity within the warehouse team to achieve contractual and internal KPIs.
  • Controlling all aspects of staff operations to ensure duties are carried out as required and encouraging high standards of work from each employee.
