Warehouse Assistant Forklift Licence

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant with a valid RTITB forklift licence, for a long‑term ongoing contract based in Dyce, Aberdeen.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant with a RTITB Forklift licence (this is essential for the role so please only apply if you have this), to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries accurately
• Operate Forklift
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Load and unload goods manually or using warehouse equipment
• Label, sort, and organise stock in designated storage areas
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with inventory management and record keeping
• Support other warehouse tasks as required by management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines

This will be a long‑term ongoing contract for our client.
