Our Aberdeen service is recruiting a Female Support Worker offering 15 or 25 hours per week. To be considered for this role you must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive a work car. You will have a flexible approach to shift working to meet the demands of the service.

Based in the Northfield area of Aberdeen City, we are looking for a special Female Support Worker to support 2 wonderful people in their own homes. Both people are deaf and have learning disabilities and your role will be to support them to live life to the fullest. You will provide support with personal care, medication, and finances but that's just the start!

You’ll be supporting a lady who absolutely loves to be pampered - think spa days and nail sessions! She also enjoys a variety of fun activities, from swimming and bowling to baking, family visits, and exciting trips away. To make these adventures possible, you’ll need a full UK driving licence.

You’ll also be supporting a fantastic gentleman who's full of energy and loves animals, socialising and staying active. Whether it’s cycling, football or walking, he’s always on the go. He has a great sense of humour, enjoys banter with his team, and likes to be included in all aspects of his support. He is very independent, and we encourage staff to help him maintain that independence.

• 24 hour shifts (10am - 10am) including a sleepover
• 5 hour mid-shift for activities
• 8:30am - 4pm
• 4pm - 8:30am including a sleepover
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights is important
