Security Service Engineer

Company Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Security Service Engineer to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a well-established and respected name in the electronic security industry, the company is expanding to meet increasing client demand across the region.

• Servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of IP CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
• Field-based role covering multiple customer sites in the area
• Working with a variety of security system manufacturers
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining strong communication with clients and team members
• Completing service reports and related documentation accurately and on time
• Supporting colleagues as needed in a team-focused environment

• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Motivation, reliability, and a professional approach to work
• Ideally, 3+ years' experience in the electronic security industry (desirable but not essential)
• Confident with a range of manufacturers' systems (e.g. Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, Paxton)
• Willingness to learn and upskill through training
• Desirable certifications: ECS, IPAF, City & Guilds, or similar
• Strong self-motivation and customer service focus

• Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
• Company vehicle and fuel card
