Client Solutions Consultant

The Client Solutions Consultant will work directly with prospective customers in a consultative sales role. Responsibilities include engaging new prospects, leading sales opportunities from initial contact through contract signing, and supporting ongoing client relationships.

• Act as a primary commercial contact for prospective clients and inbound enquiries
• Engage prospective clients to identify and understand their business challenges, requirements, and timelines
• Build and manage prospect pipelines within the CRM
• Conduct web-based software demonstrations that clearly articulate how the Agility System addresses specific client needs and delivers business value
• Support the development of proposals, RFIs, and additional sales documentation
• Act as the single point of contact for commercial discussions, coordinating closely with internal teams
• Support post-contract award activities to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Projects
• Help to identify potential opportunities for existing clients
• Support client engagement and relationship management activities
• Provide prospect insights and feedback to Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns

• Proven experience in a client-facing, consultative sales role
• Demonstrable experience learning new software, the benefits offered, and how it can solve problems
• Clear, confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels, from operational managers to C‑Suite executives
• Experience in regulated, compliance‑led, or process‑driven environments
• Organised and proactive in overseeing and progressing a portfolio of commercial opportunities
• Confident to operate with minimum supervision whilst gaining a clear understanding of all roles to be an effective team player
