A well‑known engineering supplier in Aberdeen is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. The business provides hose, hydraulics, and engineered solutions to customers across the energy, marine, and industrial sectors, with a strong reputation for technical knowledge, fast response, and excellent service.

⭐ What You'll Be Doing
Preparing accurate quotations for customers across multiple sectors.

Providing product advice over the phone and recommending suitable solutions.

Sourcing products from approved suppliers and securing competitive pricing.

Managing enquiries from first contact through to order completion.

Updating records using Sage 200 and CRM systems.

Supporting the external sales team with pricing, product information, and customer updates.

Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication.

Ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

🧩 What You'll Bring
Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a coordination role.

Background in engineering or industrial supply is an advantage.

Confident communicator with the ability to advise customers clearly.

Experience using Sage 200 and CRM systems is beneficial.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
