Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate sales quotes, both simple and complex, aligned with customer needs and company policies.
  • Acknowledge and process quotes and queries within designated SLAs.
  • Submit deal registrations within 2 hours of request.
  • Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any related issues.
  • Provide proactive support to customers and sales team, including responding to enquiries and forwarding warm leads to account managers.
  • Support the Sales Director with order tracking, reporting, and open enquiry management.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system, including customer data, sales activities, recurring billing, and renewal opportunities.
  • Generate detailed renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware orders, including potential revenue and profit data.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to streamline sales support operations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales support, administration, or logistics coordination role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tracking tools.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
