Key Account Manager

Aqua Green Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a full‑time role based in our Aberdeen Southern District office.

• Manage and grow key client accounts (B2C), ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand business with existing clients
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Regularly review and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Represent Aqua Green Limited at client meetings and industry events
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to management team to drive continuous improvement

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an account management or key account management role (B2C), preferably within the FMCG industry or supermarket sectors
• Proven track record of growing and retaining high‑value client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Degree or relevant qualification in Account & Relationship Management or a related field
• Less experience can be considered Assistant Key Account Manager
