Outdoor Retail Assistant, Strikes Garden Centre

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Outdoor Retail Assistant to join the team in our Strikes Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age.

The hours for this position are 39.25per week over 5days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

As a Outdoor General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchasesin garden sundries area which include compost, stoneware and landscape products. Due to the nature of the role candidate requireto be pysically fit.

• Till operation and serving customer
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across the outdoordepments
• Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
• Assisting our customer across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets

• Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.

• Knowledge of Garden Centre products preferred but not essential as full training will be given
• Strong customer service skills.
