With customer service at the heart of what you do, you’ll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience. You’ll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre‑flight experience. You’ll play your part in getting the world moving again and brining families together!

We maintain the highest of standards and, with your help, we’ll be ensuring that all our services are delivered with care, flair and of course, a winning smile!

You must be able to provide 5 years UK working history and 5 years UK address.

• To be able to present the menu to customers and is familiar to all dishes.
• To ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.
• To ensure all counters are set up to the agreed standard and specification.
• To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
• To ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• To ensure the dining area is kept clean.
• To provide refills of water and other beverages
• To be able to accommodate customers’ needs and questions.

Essential

• Front of house and customer facing experience
• An element of food experience
• Highly motivated
• Attention to detail
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Desirable

• Lounge experience
