Overview

We’re looking for the best talent to join our Nando’s team as Supervisors. Hourly Rate: £12.94. This may differ for under 18s.

A Supervisor is the person in-between the management team and the Nandocas (the team members) in the restaurant. They help in the running of the restaurant and learn the basics of what it’s like to be a Manager. Supervisors gain exposure to running a restaurant and managing a team while they learn at their own pace before stepping into an Assistant Manager role.
