Staff Nurse

Athenia are looking for Staff Nurses to join our clients friendly staff team in Aberdeen.

The opportunity is within a small residential rehabilitation nursing service providing specialist care to individuals recovering from a spinal injury, stroke or brain injury.

The staff nurse role will involve assessing care needs, completing care plans and ensuring that these are maintained. As a staff nurse within the service, you will provide health supervision and direct nursing care when required. Staff nurseswill also contribute to the efficient running of the service. You will help enable our residents to carry out their daily living as independently as possibly within the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the service.

As a staff nurse with excellent communication skills, you will be a team player who believes in person centred care and has a genuine interest in working with the client group. Successful staff nurse candidates will receive specialised training opportunities and support to complete NMC revalidation.

We have dayshift and night shift positions available.

PVG Scheme membership and registration with the SSSC are a requirement if successful.

PVG cost will be met by our client.
