Headache Nurse Specialist – NHS Grampian
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Headache Nurse Specialist to join our Neurology team in NHS Grampian. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing specialist service supporting patients living with a wide range of headache disorders across Aberdeen and the wider Grampian region. As a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide expert assessment, clinical decision‑making, and personalised management plans for patients experiencing complex headache symptoms.
Working autonomously and in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team you will make meaningful differences to patient journeys in acute care.
- Provide expert assessment and clinical decision‑making for complex headache patients.
- Develop personalised management plans and support patient journeys.
- Collaborate autonomously with multidisciplinary team members.
Applications are welcome from enthusiastic and adaptable nurses eager to develop or expand expertise in headache and neurology care. Candidates should have relevant nursing experience and the desire to work at Band 6 level.
