Based in our Aberdeen workshop, you will report to the Shift Team Leader, taking on the responsibility of preparing materials, equipment, and producing top-quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification and target.

• Prepare materials and equipment and produce top-quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification and target.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying daily tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desired.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S) is advantageous.
• Previous manual handling experience.
• Ability to work on your initiative.
• Desire to learn and grow.

Don t worry if you re not an expert yet; we provide a comprehensive 5-week training program from day one. Be ready to work shifts on a three-shift rotation pattern (6 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 10 pm & 10 pm – 6 am), rotating each week.
