Maintenance Specialist

A key role within our discipline‑focused maintenance team, responsible for delivering complex asset maintenance across Static/Mechanical, Rotating, or Electrical & Instrument equipment.

• Lead planning of high complexity, low frequency preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support offshore teams with non-routine and intrusive breakdown maintenance.
• Manage maintenance vendors and quality assurance.
• Undertake periodic offshore visits.
• Champion Serica’s culture and core values across all activities.
• Support Safety & Asset Integrity through effective MoC participation and maintaining Process Safety barriers.
• Define activity requirements with engineering, maintain maintenance/inspection schedules, and ensure compliance with Integrated Field Planning gate criteria.
• Execute and oversee maintenance work scopes, ensuring vendor performance meets expectations and offshore delivery is successful.
• Build strong relationships with key vendors, support cost control, and identify gaps in critical spares.
• What we are looking for in potential candidates:
• At least 7 years’ hands‑on maintenance experience in a technician, supervisory or technical role.
• HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent technical qualifications/experience).
• Strong skills in maintenance management systems and work management processes.
• Confidence in budgeting, cost control and understanding contractual requirements.
